If it is incorrectly filled out, unfortunately, I cannot accept it, and you will have to redo it.

Once submitted, I will review it and contact you if it is something I am comfortable taking on.

For any Custom designs, I require a FREE consultation (preferably in person) so I can chat in further detail to get a better understanding of the design :)

At the end of our consultation, we will decide from there to book the tattoo appointment.

At your Consultation & Appointment you are required to bring gov’t ID as I only tattoo 18+

If you forget, unfortunately, we’ll have to reschedule your consult.

Designs I will most likely take on:

Blackwork • Illustrative

Foliage • Botanical

Anime • Videogame • Animals

Full Realism • Tracing Artwork

*Please know, that I will only be taking on tattoos that are best suited in my style*
If there is a design I am not confident in taking, I am happy to recommend other artists. 

Please keep in mind that the wait time between the consultation and the appointment can be a month apart.

Usually, it can get booked two weeks after the consult, but it does depend on the design and your availability.

Currently my hourly rate is $160 an hour
